If the current owner is asking too much for it, see if you can get them to come down somewhat in price. As for the future, make note that used vehicles tend to need more care over time. 4. Where you live – Last, remember where you live will play a big role too. That said you may need a vehicle suited for wintertime driving. If so, make sure it has the right tires and more to handle such conditions.
